Beginners class starts at 7.55
This is ‘rolling’ class which allows you to jump in at any time. You will need to attend most weeks otherwise you will lose the thread of the class
Scheduled classes Bronze, Silver & Gold Medal 7.55 -
These are structured classes, not suitable for drop in or occasional attendance.

Large hall Practice/social evening starts in the big hall, we all go through to the big hall and try to put it into practice. Fortunately there are lots of people who act as lifeguards when you get into deep water.
10.30 we all breathe a sigh of relief and go home.
