COVID SECURE MEASURES
How to Dance whilst staying safe
We will require a valid NHS Covid Pass or a recent negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) to enter our dance nights. This will continue until further notice.
We will need everyone, for every visit, to show proof of vaccination or proof of a recent Lateral Flow Test. Please have your evidence with you ready to show when you arrive at the venue doors.
YOUR OPTIONS ARE ...
To request a Covid Pass Vaccination Letter
This is a great option as once you have it, it doesn't need batteries, internet or a password. You can request additional letters so simply bring the original with you. To obtain your letter, please click on the blue box link below.
To obtain a Digital NHS Covid Pass
The digital pass can be shown on your phone or you can print it. This method will take 5 minutes when first accessing it and then just a few seconds after that. From inside the NHS App, you are looking for the "Get your NHS COVID Pass" option and choose 'Domestic'. Please note that the NHS App is not the same of the NHS Covid Track/Test and Trace App. Please click on the blue box link below to access this option.
To carry out a Lateral Flow Test (on the same day)
Click on the black box link below to obtain your free LFT device and then report your LFT result using the second (black box) link below, to get the e-mail/text message to show the front desk.
Even if vaccinated, we are asking all our dancers to self test before attending dancing.
Please note that we cannot actually accept the LFT plastic device.
In addition to the above, please continue to wash and sanitise your hands regularly.
We will ventilate the rooms therefore please bring warm clothing as we need to keep the windows open.
You are welcome to stay with one fixed partner
(please ask us about our glow band system).
At present it is a personal choice as to whether you would like to wear a mask and if the recommendation in this respect changes we will inform you. However, please always make sure you have a face covering with you to enable us to respond to changes in the recommendations at short notice.
We do appreciate that this may be an inconvenience, although we are sure you can appreciate that we need to keep everyone as safe as we can.
Needless to say, please do not attend if you are feeling any anyway unwell.
Finally, all participants need to provide their contact details for the Track and Trace procedures.
If you need any help, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you so much and Stay Safe
