Number of times you attend and the amount you pay

Your Phone Number

Your E-mail Address 

You IDTA PIN Number 

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you on joining our club we also hold data gathered by the front desk on your attendances.

We collect this data so that we are able to hold accurate details of attendances for tax purposes, for marketing purposes, in case we need to contact you in the case of an emergency and for class/financial planning. 

We may share this information with the IDTA in the event that you wish to take an exam, in that case we need to provide your name and IDTA pin number to the IDTA.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Karen Toko (karen@courtdancing.co.uk)

(b) We have a contractual/legal obligation.

(c) We have a legitimate interest.

Your information is securely stored on a password protected computer.
